AGREEMENT

between the

STATE OF ALASKA

and the

ALASKA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION

representing the

SUPERVISORY BARGAINING UNIT

As required by AS 23.40.210, this writing constitutes the collective bargaining agreement between the parties.

Except as specifically modified herein, the terms of the 2004 – 2007 agreement between the parties are attached to and incorporated herein.

Effective July 1, 2007, the employer health insurance contribution required by Article 28.3 shall be increased by $100.00.

The salary schedule in Article 24.1 shall be increased by 7.0%.

The following clause will be added as Article 24.11

Supervisory Premium

In recognition of the additional duties required of those employees exercising the additional powers required to be in the Supervisory Bargaining Unit all Bargaining Unit Members shall receive a premium of 5%, in addition to wages.

This is the whole of the agreement and terminates all prior agreements whether oral or written, except such written agreements as may be specifically continued by the written agreement of the parties.

Either party may provide written notice of its intent to enter into negotiations for a successor agreement at any time subsequent to September 1, 2007.

This agreement is effective upon signing and legislative approval pursuant to AS 23.40.215 and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2008.
