Ketchikan Gateway Borough Chapter

The Ketchikan Gateway Borough employees have been organized since 1975 and elected APEA/AFT in 1985 to become their new collective bargaining representative. The employees work in classifications typically found in borough governments in Alaska. They also operate the airport and work in classifications unique to FAA controlled commercial airports.
